What is EZneeds’ shipping policy?

EZneeds offers free next day shipping in Texas and 2-3 day shipping outside of Texas for all orders over $49.

To qualify for free shipping, your order total before savings and estimated tax needs to be at least $49. There will be a $9.98 shipping charge on orders under $49.

Orders need to be placed before 4 PM Central Time to be shipped out the same day. For clarification, shipping days means business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or over major holidays may take slightly longer than 1-3 days depending on your location. There is no delivery on Sundays or major holidays.

Where does EZneeds ship?

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international yet…hopefully soon!

What is EZneeds’ return policy?

The easiest! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason, we will take it back!

EZneeds offers free returns for all orders (products not damaged or opened) up to 30 days.

How do I make a return?

Step 1: Go to Returns to access your order and select the items you want to return (not damaged or opened).

Step 2: Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to your original ezneeds box or any shipping box.

Step 3: Drop off your box at any authorized FedEx Shipping Center.

As long as the items are not opened or damaged, we will issue you a refund immediately upon receiving the returned package. That’s it!
